UMS Skeldar develops unmanned helicopter systems to support maritime, military, and public safety operations. We are now looking for a Program Manager responsible for one of our larger customer contracts. With ongoing customer deliveries and future follow-on business, we need someone to drive the ongoing contract and actively work on new business for the customer.

In this role, you will be part of our Program Management team, which works with customer projects, product development, and operational projects. Here, you will play a central role in driving one of our major customer contracts.

The team, which currently consists of 11 project and program managers, has a supportive culture where we help each other with our daily challenges. The team is central to the organization and collaborates closely with all departments. We work cross-functionally and see collaboration as a key to success – you will have great opportunities to influence both work methods and strategic decisions.

As a Program Manager, you will:

• be the primary contact for the customer throughout the execution of the program.
• develop strategies for driving the contract and ensure contract compliance.
• be responsible for reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
• develop and negotiate commercial offers and contract updates related to the existing contract and follow-on business in collaboration with marketing and internal stakeholders.
